Surrounded by greenery and nature, the villa is owned by the Glavaš family, who have lived in harmony with Istrian traditions for generations. Their story is not only about a holiday home, but about family, land, homemade products and a simple way of life.
The family takes care of a small farm with cows, calves and chickens, while their olive grove, vineyard and vegetable garden are located close to the villa. Guests therefore have the opportunity to discover Istria through its authentic flavours and everyday life – homemade olive oil, wine, fresh vegetables from the garden and encounters with the farm animals.
Villa Perini features four comfortable bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. The interior combines rustic charm with modern style, while the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides a welcoming space for spending time together.
The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, sunbathing area and covered terrace, perfect for a morning coffee, a family lunch or an evening gathering with a glass of homemade wine.
Although it offers complete peace and privacy, Villa Perini is also an excellent starting point for exploring Istria. The nearest beach is only 14 km away, while Barban, Pula, Rovinj, local wineries, olive groves and traditional taverns are all within easy reach.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 25% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 75% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 80% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
